The Project consists of the following entitlements:
1. General Plan Amendment to change the land use designations of Medium Density Residential and High Densiy Residential to Low Density Residential;
2. Specific Plan Amendment to change the land use from Medium Density Residential-10 du/ac (RD-10) and Multi-Family Residential-20 du/ac (RD-20) to Single-Family Residential-5 du/ac (RD-5);
3. Rezone to change the zone district from Medium Density Residential-10 du/ac (RD-10) and Multi-Family Residential-20 du/ac (RD-20) to Single-Family Residential-5 du/ac (RD-5) consistent with the General Plan Amendment and Specific Plan Amendment;
The Project also includes an Abandonment of excess right-of-way on Poppy Ridge Road.
