Document Description
The proposed project involves improvements to existing rooms within the City's Corporation Yard Fleet Services Building including minor alteration of ceiling, electrical, and mechanical equipment. At the MESA II Processing Room, a new gypsum ceiling and light fixtures will replace the existing suspended ceiling system in order to better control air circulation. Select existing cabinets will be removed and existing lockers shall be rearranged to allow for installation of new equipment necessary to the function of the MESA II Processing Room. Flooring finishes shall be patched and new paint finish will be provided within the room.
