Document Description
The Riverside County Flood Control and Water Conservation District (Flood Control) has applied for a Right of Entry Permit and permanent easement to improve the protection of the brineline and to conduct geotechnical investigations. The Project consists of the installation of sheet piles in two different locations along the park's existing Santa Ana River Trail to prevent lateral erosion and scour, which could undermine and damage the Brine Line and adversely impact water quality in the watershed. Staging of vehicles and equipment will not be allowed within the State Park.
