Phase II of an ongoing effort to develop a Medical Marijuana Land Use Ordinance. The current phase (Phase II) of the Ordinanace works to control nuisance impacts within neighborhoods through the regulation and restriction of the outdoor cultivation of medical marijuana for personal use on parcels that are five (5) acres or smaller in size. It also establishes an expedited abatement process for addressing violations of the Ordinances.
