Note: Review Per Lead The U.S. Forest Service, Humboldt-Toiyabe National Forest proposes to issue a special use permit for the construction, operation, and maintenance of a new 120 kilovolt overhead transmission line connecting the Bordertown and California substations, west of Reno, Nevada. Both substations are located California. Temporary improvements to existing roads and the construction of new temporary roads would allow for the installation and maintenance of the transmission line.
