The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2014-0395-R3, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Tony Jeans. Replace a 36" culvert 80' in length with a new 48" culvert 120' in length to construct a driveway/turn around for a new single family dwelling.
