Document Description
The project site consists of eight parcels which are located between the Willow Springs Ranch Subdivision and the Townsite of Soulsbyville. The owner of seven of the parcels has proposed to divide those 115.9 acres into the Oak View Estates Subdivision. The subdivision would consist of a total of 124 lots; 123 residential lots and one recreation lot. The residential lots would consist of 104 lots zoned R-1:MX (Single Family Residential: Mobilehome Exclusion combining), which range in size from 0.2 acre to 0.8 acre, and 19 lots zoned RE-1:MX (Residential Estate, One Acre Minimum:Mobilehome Exclusion combining), which range in size from 1 to 10.8 acres. The 104 lots zoned R-1:MX would be restricted to one single-family dwelling per lot. The 19 lots zoned RE-1:MX would be allowed one secondary single-family dwelling per lot. The lots zoned R-1:MX would be located on the more level area in the western portion of the site. The lots zoned RE-1:MX are proposed on the steeper areas in the eastern portion of the site. The recreation lot would be 1.8 acres in area (1.4 net acres).
