New shopping center consisting of three buildings, including: Building A at 15,000 sf, Building B at 10,000 sf and Building C at 4,500 sf, for a total of 29,500 sf of retail space. The project would be served by a new access road, proposed for the west edge of the development that would connect Bay View Avenue (CR #439A) to the southwest to Ocean View Drive at the intersection of Ocean View and Harbor Avenue. The project also includes a new 99 space parking lot, loading zones, pedestrian improvements, rainwater storage tanks, utilities, drainage improvements, associated landscaping and a boundary line adjustment.
