Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2020-0148-R3, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, East Bay Regional Park District. The project consists of improvement of an existing access road that crosses a seasonal stream within the Wildcat Canyon Regional Park. The road provides access to a watering trough and spring, and is utilized by livestock, vehicles, and park patrons. An articulated concrete block mat will be installed at the stream crossing and the access road will be bladed for an estimated 1080 square feet on the western approach and 720 square feet on the eastern approach.
