Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2019-0288-R3, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, City of Walnut Creek as represented by Mike Vickers. The project is limited to the extension of a culvert that carries stormwater runoff from Ygnacio Valley Road into an unnamed tributary to Pine Creek to reduce hydraulic forces and prevent further erosion adjacent to road. Also, the project includes armoring of a gully to reduce hydraulic forces and excavation of sediment from Bayberry Seasonal Pond that has built up as a result of the gully formation.
