The State Water Resources Control Board (State Water Board) is a Responsible Agency for the Project. The State Water Board’s Water Recycling Bonds and Wastewater GF Programs are financing the Project referred to internally as City of Colusa Recycled Water System Upgrade. The Project involves new recycled water system upgrades and includes new sewer and recycled water pipelines, a new sewer pump station, a new pump station for recycled water, and wastewater treatment plant reliability improvements.
