Improvements to the treatment plant for Project No. C-06-7896-210 would occur within the existing footprint of the WWTP and include lining of the sludge storage basins and flow equalization basin, addition of a dewatering pump station, and construction of a groundwater pump station to lower groundwater levels below the bottom of the basins. Project No. C-06-7896-310 will include the new reclamation pipeline and collection system pipelines, conversion of existing storage ponds at the WTTP to store recycled water, and purchase of farmland for irrigation with the reclaimed water (C-06-7896-310)
