Document Description
This is an Addendum to the City of Colusa's IS/MND which was certified by City Council in March 2015 which discloses the potential effects of the seasonal diversion of wastewater to Powell Slough and reuse to grow a variety of agricultural crops. The project involves reuse of an existing WWTP pond for storage of irrigation water, construction of a small pump station and small pipeline and irrigation system for reuse of treated wastewater. The City intends to purchase land nearby for the reuse project. The impacts of the project were disclosed in the previous IS/MND. This addendum provides additional analysis regarding the City's water rights petition to the SWRCB for seasonal reuse of waster and the potential effects to Powell Slough. No significant impacts were determined from this additional analysis and no new mitigation measures were recommended.
