On March 30, 215, Westminster Woods Camp and Conference Center (Applicant/Petitioner) filed an application to appropriate water by permit and a petition for change to dedicate water for instream beneficial uses pursuant to Water Code Section 1707 under Statement of Diversion and Use S024280. The application and 1707 change petition were submitted as part of a fisheries enhancement project to improve instream flow in Dutch Bill Creek.
