Document Description
CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement no. 1600-2015-0245-R3, pursuant to section 1602 of the fish and game code to the project applicant, Nancy Scolari, Marin Resource Conservation District. The objective of the project is to implement sediment control plans at 31 sites and 3.25 miles of road to prevent 6,267 cy of sediments from entering Lagunitas Creek and decommission one stream crossing and upgrade two others to improve fish passage of target species.
