Document Description
The Conservancy certified the EIR at its February 2, 2017 board meeting and selected Alternative 4 for approval. This NOD is for the approval to disburse funding to implement the Eel River Estuary and Centerville Slough Enhancement Project. This NOD also pertains to the Written CEQA Determination attached as Exhibit 5 to the Conservancy's March 22, 2018 Staff Recommendation regarding that funding.
