The project will include the construction of a nearly 50-foot high, five-story residential structure with 26 dwelling units and 29 parking spaces. The unit mix consists of 1 studio, 13 one-bedroom and 12 three bedroom units, including a manager's unit. Sixteen of the twenty-six units will have balconies to allow some residents with additional private outdoor space. The project's entry drive is located on the northeastern part of the site with access to Riveria Avenue. The parking area provides 29 spaces consisting of three surface spaces and 26 mechanical lift spaces and 52 bicycle spaces. The project be 100% restricted to very-low income residents. The applicant is requesting two planning concessions for which it is eligible under density bonus law and the City's ordinance parking, and building setbacks.
