Phase 1 includes the expansion of the truck parking area with the 32 truck parking stalls. Phase 2, with building permits to be issued within five years, includes the construction of a 4,500 square foot expansion of the existing truck terminal building, expansion of the existing employee parking area and the expansion of the truck parking area with the addition of 10 truck parking stalls. The project site is located on the west side of Airport Way, 1,400 feet south of Performance Drive, Stockton (Supervisorial District 1).
