Document Description
The project is a tentative map, General Plan Amendment, and Rezone. The tentative map has 676 single-family housing units, two Park/Basins (15.67 ac), 20.2 ac of Commercial, and 11.59 ac of Business Industrial Park. The General Plan amendment would change land uses on the northeast portion of the project site as follows: 29.7 acres of O/S Open Space to LDR Low Density Residential; and 22.6 acres of HDR High Density Residential to GC General Commercial land uses. The rezone would change zoning as follows: 29.7 acres of O/S Open Space to R-1 Single Family Residential; and 22.6 acres of R-3 Multifamily Residential to Commercial General CG.
