Document Description
The Proposed Project would include site demolition of all buildings on-site except for the two ECC buildings and the ECC tower located in the northeast corner of the Project site. In addition to building demolition, the existing hose rack, fuel tanks and propane tanks, all existing utilities and appurtenances including water distribution lines, sewer lines, and gas lines, and existing concrete retaining walls, asphalt concrete paving and concrete sidewalks would be removed. A utility pole located on the eastern boundary would also be relocated. Lastly, clearing, grubbing, and tree removal would occur as required within the limits of the Project site.
