Document Description
Central Valley Water Board is issuing a 401 Water Quality Certification for the subject project. The Project is an off-site component of the Folsom Plan Area Specific Plan and consists of the construction of a 24-inch diameter water pipeline to support the FPASP (a master-planned community consisting of mixed-density residential uses, a shopping center, and other employment, and other employment generating uses). The construction of the pipeline will temporarily impact 0.003 acres of ditch. The ditch will be restored to its' natural substrate at completion of construction.
