Document Description
In accordance with State law, the Town of Woodside has updated the Housing Element for the 2015-2022 planning period. The proposed update would continue existing programs and add new programs to:
a) Provide public information regarding housing opportunities; b) Encourage resident participation in County housing programs; c) Conserve and rehabilitate affordable housing units; d) Accommodate housing for special needs groups, such as disabled residents and the homeless; e) Assure consistency with State requirements for energy conservation, density bonuses, and manufactured housing; f) Coordinate Town housing programs with other local and State agencies; and g) Meet the Town's Regional Housing Needs Allocation (RHNA) for the planning period (2015-2022).
