A request to amend Title VI (Planning and Zoning), Chapter 25 (Zoning), Article I (In general), Section 25-26.7 (c)(1)(a) of the Walnut Municipal Code in order to establish that tattoo or body art establishments cannot be located within five hundred feet of churches, public parks, schools, day care centers, and associated child related businesses pursuant to Section 25-26.6 (Child Related Businesses) of the Walnut Municipal Code.
