Document Description
The proposed Project implements projects previously approved by the City of Ontario. This IS is intended to provide a focused environmental review of the potential impacts from the construction of five storm water outlet structures (Storm Drains) in the concrete-lined Cucamonga/Deer Creek flood control channels (Channel). The alignment of each storm drain would extend from the edge of the concrete-lined Channel to the edge of County of San Bernardino right-of-way, where each storm drain would be stubbed for later connection to future New Model Colony planning area infrastructure. Project operational impacts and growth inducing impacts are not analyzed in this IS since these potential impacts were previously analyzed in The Ontario Plan EIR and in the NMC's infrastructure Master Plans IS/MND.
