Document Description
The Project involves two potential site plan options, each of which includes the construction of multiple light industrial/warehouse/distribution buildings with truck loading doors, up to a maximum development of 1.5 million sf. The proposed new construction will consist of industrial uses at approximately 0.6:1 FAR that will be within the maximum floor area allowed under the Heavy Manufacturing zoning designation (0.75:1). The maximum building height is approximately 52 feet, which is within the maximum height allowed under the MH zoning designation (75 feet).
