Document Description
The proposed project is the subdivision of approximately 81 acres of land. The project proposes a planned unit development (PUD), pursuant to Hollister Municipal Code section 16.16.030; with land use designation of Medium Density Residential (8-12 du/ac). A total of 450 residential units are proposed (265 single-family units and 185-multi-family units) with an on-site water quality/retention basin, approximately 24.86 acres of open space, and several new roads servicing the development.
