Document Description
The revised proposed mixed-use Project, located directly south of Clinton Keith Road, includes the development of approximately 50,000 sf of commercial/retail and office uses on the northern portion (9.8 acres) of the site; and eight three-story multiple-family (162 units) apartment buildings on the southern portion (7.2 acres) of the site. The project includes a 1.8 acre passive park and the preservation of an existing 1.3 acre oak grove. The balance of the project site will be developed with parking areas, access roads, and stormwater drainage features. The site is currently undeveloped. The project proposes to amend the City's General Plan, changing the land use designation on the northern half of the site from Business Park to Commercial Retail and from Business Park to Highest Density Residential on the southerly half of the site.
