The proposed project includes the demolition of several existing on-site structures located on the Dhammakaya International Meditation Center site including the Montserrat building, the Xavier Center meeting hall, and eight on-story dormitory buildings. Implementation of the Specific Plan will result in several improvements to the DIMC including the construction of a 69,179 sf meditation hall, nine two-story dormitory buildings, a storage/workshop building, and stormwater detention/water quality basin, a fire access road, additional parking, a reflection pool, and landscaping.
