Conditional Waiver of Waste Discharge Requirements for Agricultural Wastewater Discharges and Discharges
NEG - Negative Declaration
This regulatory action is for a proposed Conditional Waiver of Waste Discharge Requirements (WDRs). The intent of the Conditional Waiver is to ensure agricultural wastewater discharges and discharges of wastes from drain maintenance activities in the Imperial Valley in Imperial County occur in a manner that does not adversely affect the beneficial uses defined in the Basin Plan. Accordingly, the proposed Conditional Waiver establishes conditions for agricultural wastewater discharges originating within the Imperial Valley. The Conditional Waiver also establishes conditions for drain maintenance discharges that occur as a result of drain operation and maintenance (O&M) activities.
