Document Description
The Baxter Village Mixed Use Project is a horizontal mixed use development located on the west side of the I-15 freeway and north of Baxter Road. The developer proposes to develop 36 acre site and that includes approximately 75,000 sq. ft. of commercial retail buildings on 12.2 gross acres of the site, 204 multi-family apartments on 11.3 gross acres on the site, and 66 single family residential dwelling units 12.5 gross acres of the site. The Project site is currently undeveloped with the exception of a residential structure that is being stored at the site by the Wildomar Historic Society.
