Document Description
The project is a one and two story addition of approximately 1,693 gsf to an existing 3,412 sf two-story single family dwelling for a total of 5,105 sf, and maximum height of 33 feet 7 inches, with a 485 sf two-car garage (which will be attached after addition is constructed) and 438 sf of covered patio, on a 75,411 sf lot. The project includes a new 4 foot 9 inch high retaining wall that will be 108 feet long along a new swimming pool and spa area east of the dwelling, and some remodel and demolition of walls to incorporate the attached additions. No trees are proposed to be removed. Approximately 136 cu yds of dirt will be graded with 75 cu yds of fill and 61 cu yds exported.
