The proposed project would construct 129 residential dwellings on a vacant 8.66 acre site. The project site is surrounded by existing commercial uses and the US 101 Freeway. The applicant would construct 22 residential buildings, a pool, a cabana, spa, parking areas, internal roadways, and other recreation areas. The maximum building height would be 43 feet. Access to the site would be provided by Verdugo Way and Camino Ruiz.
