- The proposed project includes the demolition of an existing concrete water storage tank, the construction of two new water tanks on the southern portion of the site, and a change of zone from residential to commercial for the north of the site currently occupied by the water tank on an approx 10.1 acre property. Construction is expected to commerce in the first quarter of 2018 and will last through third quarter of 2019. As part of the project, a GPA and ZC is requested to allow development of retail or commercial use on the northern portion of the site. There would be an additional GPA and ZC to change the designation of the southern portion of the site to P-PF.
