The property is currently undeveloped. The proposed project is within the Agriculture land use category. The project is located on Alisos Road, approximately 1,900 feet north of the Alisos/Huasna Road intersection, approximately 2.3 miles east of the City of Arroyo Grande. The site is in the South County (San Luis Bay subarea) planning area.
