Document Description
City adopted a MND and approval of a CUP to allow the construction and operation of an approximately 17,800 sf regional transit facility, 3,100 sf of which would be for ancillary food and commercial services, in conjunction with a Division of Lot to subdivide two parcels into Four, on property located in the M-2 zone. The CNRA is filing as responsible agency for the portion of the required mitigation to protect a rare plant species (Southern Tarplant), and includes installation of interpretive panels, shade trees, and shrubs.
