Document Description
The restaurant next to the south end of Los Encinos has a concession agreement with DPR for the use of the park area immediately west of their western boundary fence. This NOE approves their placement of tables and chairs and a low wrought-iron fence on the ground between the restaurant and Spring House. No excavations or permanent installations will occur, and all activities will be reversible.
