The project will consists of the on-site restoration where a damaged coast live oak tree measuring 30 inches in diameter-at-breast-height was removed from the bank of Upper Penitencia Creek. A minimum of ten coast live oaks will be established on site and mounted for a minimum of five years to ensure their success. SAA # 1600.2014-0309-R3.
