A pavement overlay project on State Route 178 in Kern county from westbound Mount Vernon on-ramp to 0.1 mile west of the Mount Vernon overcrossing. Project would place one inch of Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA) on the existing pavement. All work to occur within the Caltrans right of way.
