Document Description
An agreement between SBCFCWCD and the Central Coast Water Agency (CCWA) providing for the assignment, assumption, indemnification and release of all of SBCFCWCD's rights and obligations pursuant to the Agreement for the Supply and Conveyance of Water by the DWR to the Participating SWP Contractors Under the Dry Year Water Purcase Program, SWPAO No. 08-826, as amended (Dry Year Water Purchase Program). SBCFCWCD's participation in the DRy Year Water Purchase Program, on behalf of CCWA, will permit CCWA to elect to purchase supplemental water supplies made available through the program on an annual basis in each calendar year from 2015 to 2020. If purchased, the program water would be conveyed via existing SWP facilities to turnouts within SBCFCWCD's service area.

The program is an orginizational or administrative activity that will not result in direct or indirect changes in the environment. Even fi the activity was a project under CEQA, it would facilitate the use only exisitng SWP facilities to deliver program water to a SWP contractor, is intended to meet existing uses of water, and would not support new development or a change in land use. 15061(b)(3).
