Document Description
The proposed project involves enhancements to three landscape locations within the San Diego Yacht Club (SDYC) leasehold. The three enhancement tareas are referred to as Head of Promenade, Front of Clubhouse, and Front of Clubhouse Lounge. The purpose of the proposed project is to install drip irrigation and improve water management on the SDYC leasehold. Turf will be removed from the three areas identifited above and will be replaced with climate-appropriate, drought-tolerant plants.
