Document Description
The RAP and RCRA Closure Plan presents the reponse actions that have been selected bor 28 of the 31 areas of concern (AOC) at the CSI faciliy. The "SIte" is defined as those portions of the facility occupied by the 31 AOCs; specifically, AOC01 through AOC22, AOC25 through AOC29, and AOC31. A previous RAPA for AOC23, AOC 24, and AOC30 was submitted to DTSC and approved in July 1997; consequently, AOC23 and AOC30 are not included in this document.
The RAP activities for AOC09 consist of raising the elevation of depressed areas within the Northern Aboveground Tanks with an engineered fill to facilitate proper drainage and pave approximately 43,000 square feet.
