Document Description
The project includes installation of freestanding pedestal electric Vehicle Charger Stations at State owned garages or parking lots where most will be installed next to an American Disability Act compliance parking stall. Electrical power will be supplied from existing electrical source. If needed, new electrical equipment (i.e., transformer, main control center, electrical panel, etc) may be installed in the exisitng utility rooms. The need will depend on the strength of electrical power at the site. The project would provide charging stations to promote the use of electric vehicles which reduce vehicle exhaust emissions and greenhouse gas emissions.
