Minor alterations to the existing Soccer/Lacrosse field. No increase in traffic or expansion of use beyond what currently exists will occur. New lighting, rest rooms, and bleachers, although new construction, should be considered new small facilities/structures. The lighting will have less foot--candle and the poles will be shorter in height compared to the existing lighting at nearby Bulldog Stadium.
