Document Description
The Dept. or Parks and Recreation will accept the transfer of jurisdiction from Caltrans a 2.5 acre parcel of excess land to add to Estero Bluffs State Park which will enhance recreational opportunities and protect natural resources. The parcel is located at the northwest corner of the intersection of Highway 1 at North Ocean Avenue in the community of Cayucos. This project is coordinated with the Cayucos Land Conservancy which owns a conservation easement over Estero Bluffs State Park.
