Document Description
The purpose of the project is to provide improve driveway access to a building pad for construction of a home in the future. The project consists of widening and re-grading an existing 8-9' wide gravel driveway beyond an existing bridge to meet Sonoma County standards for access to a future building site as part of a two lot subdivision. The driveway will be re-graded to a 14' wide gravel driveway for the first 125' beyond the existing bridge and a 10' wide concrete surface driveway with 2' shoulders to the proposed building site. The driveway width will increase at some turns and a fire safe turnout, with a maximum width of 20' at the turnout. An existing 21-foot long, 18-inch diameter culvert will be replaced and extended by a 91-foot long, 18-inch diameter culvert.
