Repair leaking sundeck-roof of the histopric House of Happy Walls at Jack London State Historic Park to maintain and preserve the structure. work will: -Repair/remove cracked and failing fiberglass resin coating. -Remove (for cleaning) and reinstall copper flashing on firebox walls along north side and inspec wood cap for decay. -Replace any decayed wood support materials with treated lumber. -Remove rotted plywood "cricket" water diverter. -Apply General Coatings polyamide epoxy primer followed with general coating of Ultra Tuff 2500 urethane coating applied in successive layers to maintain existing drainage flows. All repair/replacement work will follow the Secretary of the Interior's Standards for Preservation and Rehabilitation.
