Document Description
Issue a Right of Entry Permit to CalFire for fuel management (a shaded fuel break) along Highway 29 at Robert Louis Stevenson State Park to reduce fuels and provide a fuel break. All work conducted in association with Right of Entry Permit will comply with all State and Federal environment laws, including but not limited to the Endangered Species Act, CEQA, and Section 5024 of the Public Resources Code. All work will be in coordination with State Parks Environmental Scientist and Archaeologist. Work will occur outside of raptor and bird nesting season. Work will not occur during moderate or heavy rain.
