Document Description
Project includes repair and limited replacement of approx. 60 existing exterior wood windows. Project will retain and repair as many windows as possible and replace in kind only those windows that have deteriorated beyond repair. Work includes the removal of lead-containing paint, which will be performed in compliance with Federal and State regulations and requirements. The work will be consistent with the Secretary of the Interior's Standards for the Treatment of Historic Buildings, and the State Historic Preservation Office shall approve the project.
