Document Description
The project consists of the execution and implementation of a water sales agreement between Lindsay Strathmore Irrigation District (LSD) and the Cascade Water Company (CWC). The purpose of the agreement is to allow CWC to acquire the long-term right to direct the disposition of LSID's surplus water, which - on an annual basis - consists of Central Valley Project (CVP) Friant Division Class 1 water supplies and/or Kaweah River entitlement water supplies (Wutchumna Water Company; WWC). LSID's surplus water is regularly sold on a short-term or "spot market" unknown basis.
