Document Description
A Voluntary Drought Agreement (Agreement) between NOAA's National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS), the California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW), and Gallo Vineyards Inc., Coastal (Gallo) has been developed to implement the goals of the California Voluntary Drought Initiative. The Agreement covers flow releases from existing storage by Gallo Vineyards into Porter Creek, tributary to the Russian River for the purpose of fisherise enhancement.
